The artist set his easel on College Street to create this accurate study of the college entrance. Even the scholars in the courtyard were painted from life.

Many hours were spent painting and capturing some of the staff and customers that make this bar a great meeting place. More detail may be seen here.

Don spent three weeks working on the spot with an extra large canvas to create this magnificant painting.

Painted towards autumn when the leaves were beginning to turn.

A really quiet spot in the middle of the bustling city. The girl in the background kindly posed for the artist.

Three main locations were used by the artist to ensure that all the features were included.

A view from under the pulpit looking towards the west window which was renovated in the 17th century after destruction by Cromwell's troops. The artist has remained true to reality, even though the stained glass looks like modern abstract art.
